Can I personalise my order?
Yes! Most of our products can be personalised with names, dates, and short messages. For items like photo magnets, you can also upload your own images directly on the product page.

How do I send you my photo?
Use the upload button on the product page to add your photo. You’ll be able to crop and preview it before confirming.

Where do I add my text or message?
You can leave your personalisation details (like names, dates, or short messages) in the “Notes for Seller” box at checkout.

Can I order in bulk?
Yes — we offer bulk orders for magnets. For larger quantities or custom requests, please get in touch via our Contact Form and we’ll be happy to help.

What are your shipping costs?

  • International: £10.00
    All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days

  • Delivery time (UK): 2–5 business days after dispatch

Can I return a personalised item?
Because our products are custom-made, personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly and ensure you’re happy with your purchase.

What materials do you use?

  • Magnets: glossy, durable finish with vibrant printing.

  • Wine Labels: waterproof, high-quality vinyl — easy to apply and remove.

  • Cards: premium cardstock with a smooth finish and vivid colour.

How do I apply wine bottle labels?
1️⃣ Soak the original label in warm, soapy water and peel it off.
2️⃣ Dry the bottle completely.
3️⃣ Apply your new label slowly, smoothing from the centre outward.
